CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your app order before the payment is confirmed without incurring any charges. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected] as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received, we will process your cancellation and refund your payment in full.

Please note that once the payment is confirmed, cancellations or changes to the order will no longer be permitted. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect orders after payment confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
As our products are digital apps, we do not accept returns once the app purchase is completed. Please ensure you review the app details carefully before making a purchase.

If there are any issues with the app (e.g., it is defective or does not function as described), please contact us within 7 working days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a refund or replacement if necessary.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed in cases where:

  • The app is defective or malfunctioning.
  • The app purchased does not meet the description or functionality advertised on our website.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 working days of purchase. Once we verify the issue, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method:

  • Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank for the timeline.

SHIPPING POLICY
Since our products are digital apps, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to your app download or a link to access the app directly via email.

Change of Shipping Address
Since there is no physical shipping, no changes to shipping addresses are necessary.

Delivery Time
You will receive access to your app or a download link immediately after purchase or within 24 hours. You will also receive an email confirmation with access instructions.

Tracking
For digital products, there is no physical tracking. However, you will receive an email with details of your app purchase and how to access the product.
